I noticed that the VS Code extension links were pointing to the deprecated vscode-extension and returning 404s. This PR updates them to the current Accord Project Extension. The changes are in: I verified that the updated links resolve correctly. I’d appreciate your review and any feedback. Thanks! |

I noticed that the links to the VS Code extension were pointing to the deprecated vscode-extension (returning a 404 error).
